Get the Job Done Buhari Charges His Ministers
Committed to making life better for Nigerians by lifting them out of poverty, President Muhammadu Buhari, has directed his ministerial appointees to sit down and get the job for which they were appointed done.
Buhari has therefore placed trevel restrictions on all his ministers/appointees.
According to the Minister of Information, Culture andTourism Minister, Alh Lai Mohammed, the ministers can only travel out of the country eight times in a year-Lai included.
Buhari directed that no Minister should go on foreign trips more than twice in a quarter. Also, no minister on a trip outside the shores of Nigeria should go with more than four aides.
Lai Mohammed also disclosed that government officials below the rank of ministers are henceforth entitled to fewer aides.
Unlike before, estacodes would no longer be calculated on an hourly basis but daily, Lai Mohammed said.
