NSML CELEBRATE STAKEHOLDERS, MANAGEMENT AND STAFF

As NIMASA, NPA, MAN Customs clinch Awards 

The NLNG Shipping and Marine Services Limited NSML,   in deference to and in strict compliance to it’s culture, tradition and ingrained DNA, in tandem with its unflinching commitment to excellence in service, yesterday at its Bonny Island headquarters in Rivers State Nigeria,  hosted its management, staff as well as stakeholders to a banquet in appreciation of their dedication and contribution to the overall success of the company in 2025.

Abdulkadir Ahmed, MD/CEO NSML

Managing Director/CEO of NSML, Mr. Abdulkadir Ahmed, explained that the event was intended to celebrate the workforce and stakeholders who have consistently contributed to the milestones  of the company.

Welcoming guests, the NSML Boss said, “It is my pleasure to welcome you to the “2025 NSML Performance Recognition and Awards
Ceremony. Today, we gather as NSML family to celebrate ourselves, our people, our teams and our organisations for the outstanding performances in the year 2025”

“We believe that people are our greatest asset, and this event is a true reflection of that saying. Every achievement recorded in 2025 was made possible because of the dedication,
professionalism, and resilience each of you brought to the table; and for that we say a big thank you”.

The NSML Boss reiterated NSML’s commitment to safety, reliability and values which are central to the values and standards which guides the company’s work and operations.

He maintained  that the men and women who work for and represent NSML in its offices, onboard its vessels, and in all  areas of the company’s operations are the people who make things possible and targets achievable.

 

According to Ahmed “Our success story in 2025 is not about systems or structures, it is simply about our people;
our staff, our clients, our partners and our service providers who consistently uphold our values of Professionalism, Teamwork, Respect, Excellence, and Care (PTREC), which define us”

“PTREC is not just an internal mantra; it is the backbone of
the strong reputation NSML carries across the maritime and shipping world”

Abdulkadir stated that the 2025 performance  recognition and Awards was more than an awards ceremony.

He stressed that the event was an opportunity to showcase NSML’s collective
successes, noting  that the event was  a moment to pause and recognise individuals and teams who exemplified the company’s
values;  men and women who pushed beyond boundaries and contributed significantly to the tangible results achieved.

“As we celebrate the awardees, we also celebrate every single person here because the progress NSML Continues to make is built on shared effort, shared commitment and shared
belief in our mission of setting the pace as the “go to” maritime centre of excellence in Nigeria and beyond” the NSML Boss said

 

Besides staffs, Crew members and Teams which clinched Awards at the ceremony, The Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency NIMASA, the Nigerian Ports Authority, NPA, the Maritime Academy of Nigeria, MAN,  Oron, the Nigeria Customs Service, NCS and other agencies were specially recognized by NSML for their strong partnerships and contributions.

Abdulkadir Ahmed urged every person connected to and who works with the company to stay focused and work harder as there’s a lot more to do to maintain and sustain NSML’s global outlook in 2026.
